Macri stated that he will send three key projects to the Legislative Power of the City of Buenos Aires: one that modifies the Contravention Code to increase penalties against car guards; another for the creation of the City Penitentiary Service; and a bill for "autonomous emergency" to urge Congress to proceed with pending transfer agreements.

On the economic front, the head of government mentioned that in the City they have "made a cult of fiscal balance" and sent a message to the opposition, emphasizing efforts to reduce public spending.

Regarding Security, Macri highlighted that he continues to work to make the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires one of the safest in Latin America and took the opportunity to send a message to the governor of Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, regarding the fight against crime. "It would be much easier if Governor Kicillof took the fight against crime seriously," he stated.

In relation to the controversy surrounding the situation of prisoners in police stations and Buenos Aires jails, Macri emphasized that the City has not had full Justice or Penitentiary Service and highlighted the importance of building a prison in Marcos Paz to address the issue thoroughly.

In this vein, the head of government called on national authorities to work collaboratively and stressed that the main objective is the security and well-being of citizens. He also urged lawmakers to focus on discussing the future in the election year, emphasizing the importance of seeking solutions above party disputes.
